Each year, the Friends of Joe Committee have donated their time and efforts to present a Spectacular Memorial Day Float.  Each year, $100.00 is presented to the First Place winners keeping in line with Memorial Day and that year's parade theme. 

For the past 4 consecutive years, the Friends of Joe Committee has Proudly taken First Place!
